Welcome to VanApply, the City’s Arts, Culture & Community Services online system for grants, awards, and artist commissions.

This system houses all of the grants and awards programs offered by the City’s Arts, Culture & Community Services.

Programs include:

  • Civic theatre grants

  • Homelessness services grants
  • Renter services grants
